One Way Or Another, This Baby got to Give

Another big day for baby Max... the water did break early this morning, and there were some minor contractions, but no real labor yet. We went into town for acupuncture this afternoon, followed by a visit to the midwife at Sutter. Although they suggested we get admitted this evening to start a medical induction, this choice was still up to us, and we preferred to come home for one more night to give labor a chance to happen naturally, spontaneously. So here we are, enjoying perhaps our last evening together as "non-parents"... good music, candlelight, nice fire... whatever happens at home tonight, we are scheduled to go back to Sutter tomorrow morning at 7am. One way or another, this baby got to give!
